1. Services (HVAC)

Work already completed cannot be refunded.
Uncompleted work steps will not be charged.

 

2. Materials / Components

Material that has been specially ordered for an order cannot be returned unless the supplier accepts a return.

 

3. 3D printing

Because these are custom-made, individual products:

• No refund possible after production has started

• Any errors on our part will of course be corrected free of charge.

 

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are free of charge as long as the work has not yet started.
Time already spent will be billed.
