1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by ONYX & Co. GmbH in the field of HVAC and 3D printing.

 

2. Offers

Offers are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Price changes due to unforeseen material or labor costs are possible and will be communicated transparently.

 

3. Services

We provide services in:

• HVAC service, maintenance, repair, installation

• technical advice

• 3D printing, prototyping, custom manufacturing

 

4. Prizes

All prices are in CHF.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the conditions stated in the offer apply.

 

5. Payment terms

Payment terms: 30 days net from the invoice date.
Late payment fees may be charged.

 

6. Warranty

HVAC work comes with a reasonable warranty in accordance with industry standards.
Due to their manufacturing process, 3D printed parts often come without a functional guarantee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

7. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent.
No liability for:

• indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Improper use of components / 3D printed parts by the customer

 

8. Acceptance of work

By placing an order, the customer accepts our terms and conditions.
Changes must be made in writing.

 

9. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Frauenfeld (TG).
Swiss law applies.
